Return / Exchange Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped Date.
  • Buyer is responsible for Return/Exchange Shipping Fees
  • Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned
  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached

 

If for any reason your package is not deliverable and is returned to us you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items after shipping fee is deducted. 

Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and internationally. 

It takes 2-3 business days for your order to process after payment is received excluding weekends and holidays. 

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after being processed. An email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number will be sent after shipment.

Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. 

 

All prices on our website are in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion but your bank will convert depending on the current rate when placing your order. 

 

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
